You have a passion for communication and collaboration. You don’t have to be an 'energy geek' to work for RETI. You are eager and willing to learn and most importantly you're empathetic to others and can easily put yourself in their shoes. You can adapt your knowledge and skills to help diverse types of people and from a variety of backgrounds.You are persistent and have the capability to follow up.
You enjoy writing, although you might not be publishing articles, you can communicate meaningfully through email or instant messaging.
You enjoy working on your own time. At RETI you may be helping with events, but much of your day to day time can be completed whenever you wish. We believe in remote working if that suits you best.
You live and breathe efficiency. What you do and how well you do it, will make all the difference in our organizational success and constituents lives. We need someone who gets right down to business to handle the day’s most pressing needs.
You’re organized. As a coordinator, you’ll be assisting in a variety of day to day tasks. You’ll need to be able to properly prioritize what is most important and independently solve problems.
